Patrick Lee

Patrick Lee currently serves as the Executive Head of Housing & Community at Havant Borough Council, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Patrick held various roles at Portsmouth City Council, including Lead Business Manager for Housing and Interim Head of Private Sector Housing, where key responsibilities involved enhancing private sector housing conditions and increasing affordable housing supply. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Service at L&Q, focusing on multiple aspects of housing management and stakeholder engagement, and as Strategic Manager for the Neighbourhood Management Service at Haringey Council, directing initiatives to address local community issues. Earlier roles include consulting for Derby City Council's Community Safety Partnership. Patrick holds a Post Graduate degree in Housing Leadership & Management from London South Bank University.
