Sharon Attafuah-Annafi has over 20 years of work experience in various roles focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as partnerships and education. Sharon is currently the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Havas since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Diversity Adviser at Business in the Community from January 2019 to March 2021, where they provided strategic leadership and consultancy on equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing to a portfolio of organizations. Sharon also served as a CSR/D&I Project Manager at The BIG Alliance from October 2016 to December 2018, managing employee engagement and education programs. Sharon has experience in partnerships and intervention, having worked at Clapton Girls' Academy and St Martin in the Fields School. Sharon also has previous roles as a Partnerships Manager at Restless Development, a Programme Manager at Haringey Council, and a Project Manager at London Borough of Newham. Sharon started their career as a Project Officer at Ghana National Commission for UNESCO and an Immigration Adviser/Caseworker at Howe & Co Solicitors.

Sharon Attafuah-Annafi obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School in 2013-2014. Sharon also holds a Master's degree in MSc Development and Planning from UCL, which they earned in 1999-2000. Sharon's undergraduate degree is a BA (Hons) International Politics, which they completed at the University of Leeds from 1996-1999. Additionally, they have certifications in Election Observer Training from Electoral Reform International Services (ERIS) in 2008, and a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
