Taylor Griffin

Taylor Griffin has extensive work experience in the fields of CX strategy, digital management, community management, and public relations. They started their career as a Legislative Aide for the Texas House of Representatives in 2015. From there, they went on to work as a Legislative Aide for Hahn Public and a Digital Marketing Intern for Harris Media LLC in the same year. In 2016, they interned as a Digital Strategy Intern at RPA. Taylor then worked as an Associate Community Manager and later as a Community Manager at RPA from 2016 to 2018. They also worked as a Social Media Specialist and later as a Digital Manager at DEVRIES GLOBAL from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Taylor is employed at Havas Health Plus, where they have held roles as a CX Strategist, Senior CX Strategist, and currently an Associate Director, CX Strategy since 2020.

Taylor Griffin attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Relations. In May 2016, Taylor also completed a certification in Business Foundations from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
