Jane Motz Hayes

Jane Motz Hayes serves as the Chief Creative & Design Officer at Havas Health Network since September 2021, overseeing creativity across Havas Lynx, Havas Life, and Jacques brands. Concurrently, Jane has been a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Information, University of Toronto, since October 2015 and founded the Industry-Partner-in-Residence (UXD) program in 2017, also teaching a course on Accessibility & Inclusive Design. Previous positions include Senior Partner and Partner at ICF Next from June 2019 to August 2021, Director of Product and Design at TribalScale from May 2017 to May 2019, and Director of User Experience at Klick from September 2013 to May 2017. Jane's earlier roles include Film & TV Producer at Berkeley Films Ltd, Senior User Experience Consultant in Freelance capacities, and various positions in information design and architecture. Jane holds a Master's degree in Information Science/Studies and an Honours BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Toronto.
