Tanya Schaffer has an extensive work experience in the digital marketing and customer experience field. Tanya is currently the EVP Customer Experience (CX) at Havas Life New York since September 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at CDM New York, including SVP, Director of Customer Experience (CX) from July 2020 to September 2020, SVP, Director, Digital Services from July 2018 to July 2020, VP, Director of Digital Strategy from October 2016 to July 2018, and VP, Digital Strategist from October 2013 to September 2016. At CDM, Tanya led the digital strategy team, managed a team of digital strategists, and developed innovative digital solutions for various brands and therapeutic areas. Tanya also worked as an Account Supervisor, Digital at CDM, focusing on digital solutions for patient and HCP audiences. Prior to their time at CDM, Tanya worked as a Sr. Associate, Marketing at Digitas Health and Sr. Associate, Project Management at Digitas. Tanya started their career as an Associate Marketing Coordinator at MediaVast, Inc. and WireImage.

Tanya Schaffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Art History from Boston University. Tanya also studied Marketing at the Questrom School of Business, also at Boston University.
