Andrea Vola

Andrea Vola has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Strategic HR Business Partner at Havas Media Group since September 2014. In this role, Andrea establishes collaborative HR initiatives aligned with the company's strategic vision and cultivates relationships with CEOs and global business leaders to enhance talent strategies. As the Global Head of HR Business Partners, Andrea leads a team in developing and implementing people strategies across 42 countries, focusing on solutions that enhance business performance. Andrea also held the position of Senior Global HR Business Partner, providing expert guidance on various HR activities. Prior to joining Havas Media Group, Andrea worked as the Human Resources Manager for Europe at Adobe (formerly NEOLANE), where responsibilities included defining HR policies and supporting senior leaders. Andrea earned a Master's degree from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
