Lisa Wiedemann has had a diverse range of work experiences. Lisa began their career as a Language Fellow at Mount Holyoke College before moving on to internships at the U.S. Department of State and the Goethe Institut. Lisa then joined Randstad Deutschland as an Intern and Student Assistant, where they were responsible for screening applications and providing administrative support. Lisa later joined Randstad Holding as a Project Assistant, supporting the development and roll-out of a pre-sales iPad app. Lisa then transitioned to Randstad Deutschland again as a Project Assistant and later as a Project Specialist Strategic Solutions, focusing on active sourcing and employer branding. Lisa then joined Randstad Sourceright as an Employer Brand Manager, leading the research division of their employer branding practice. Currently, Lisa is with Havas People as a Global Business Development Director, managing tender processes and liaising with senior stakeholders. Overall, Lisa has a strong background in talent communications, employer branding, active sourcing, and project management.
Lisa Wiedemann pursued their education chronologically, starting from 2007 to 2011 at Leipzig University. During this time, they earned their Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Political Science. In 2009 to 2010, Lisa attended Mount Holyoke College where they achieved a Certificate, with Distinction, in Educational Studies. Later on, from 2013 to 2015, Lisa Wiedemann continued their educational journey at HTWK Leipzig, obtaining a Master's degree in General Management with a focus on Business Studies.
