Shilpi Shukla

Shilpi Shukla serves as the SBU HR Head at Havells India Ltd, overseeing the people agenda for the Sales & Distribution team since July 2023. Previously, Shilpi held the position of HR Head for Byjus Exam Prep from August 2022 to May 2023, after functioning as a People Advisor for regional sales teams at BP - Castrol India Ltd from 2018 to 2022. Shilpi also led the HR function as Head HR at Tolexo Online Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2018, contributing to the company's recognition as a fast-growing B2B e-commerce platform. Earlier career experience includes roles as an HR Business Partner at Airtel and a summer trainee at Bayer Material Science. Shilpi obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Dr. K N Modi Institute of Engineering & Technology.
