Rahul Phadke

Rahul Phadke's work experience begins in 1997 as an HR Trainee at Cadbury plc. From there, they held various HR positions at Reliance Energy Limited, Axis Bank, IBM Daksh, and Symantec. Rahul then worked as the Lead Process Architecture in the HR effectiveness practice at Aon Hewitt. Following this, Phadke worked at EY as a Senior Consultant in the People and Organisation practice. Currently, they serve as the Director and Head of HR at Havelock One Interiors, where they provide HR leadership for the group companies across 6 GCC countries. Throughout their career, Phadke has implemented various HR strategies, including talent acquisition and establishing HR infrastructure. Rahul has also partnered with businesses to support their growth and align HR with organizational goals.

Rahul Phadke completed their Master in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Indian Jobs and Careers between 1996 and 1998. Rahul then pursued a PGDHRD degree in HR from SCMHRD (Symbiosis Centre of Management and Human Resource Development), Pune, between 1998 and 1999.
