Ashley Everson

Ashley Everson has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on roles in various leadership and management positions. Ashley started their career at The Hertz Corporation in 2004 as an HR Business Partner. In 2009, they moved to HAVI Global Solutions, where they held roles as a Senior Human Resources Representative and later as a Human Resources Manager. In 2013, Ashley joined HAVI, initially as a Senior Human Resources Manager before being promoted to the role of Director - HR Business Partner. From 2015 to 2021, they served as Vice President, Human Resources - Sourcing & Technology. Currently, Ashley holds the position of Vice President, Enterprise People Solutions at HAVI.

Ashley Everson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained from 1999 to 2003. In 2003-2004, they pursued a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, School of Labor and Employment Relations. Additionally, in 2015, they participated in an Executive Education program focused on Strategic Human Resource Planning at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
