Chad Coker

Chad Coker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chad is currently working at HAVI as a Technical Delivery Lead and Scrum Master. Prior to that, they served as a Program Manager at Continental Mills, where they were responsible for managing business-critical systems and leading system upgrades. Before that, Chad worked as a Consultant at CC Consulting, providing web consultation and project management services to local nonprofits and small businesses. Chad also completed a Web Development Immersive Course at General Assembly, where they gained expertise in full stack web development. Earlier in their career, Chad held roles at Boeing as a Program Management Lead and at Pacific Bag, Inc. as a Quality Assurance and Technical Supervisor. Chad began their career at Hood Packaging Corporation as a Sales Representative, where they demonstrated exceptional sales growth and provided technical packaging design guidance.

Chad Coker, CSM CSPO, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Airport Management from the University of North Dakota from 1998 to 2003. In 2017, Chad attended General Assembly and completed the WDI Full Stack Development program, focusing on Web/Software Development. Chad also holds various certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2023, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ETI Group USA in 2022, and Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional in 2018.
