Espen Gaarden

Espen Gaarden is an experienced marine engineer currently serving as a 3rd Engineer at HAVILA SHIPPING ASA since March 2018. Prior experience includes a role as a 3rd Engineer at Olympic Shipping and Management S.A. in 2018 and a Mechanical Engineering Cadet position at Golden Energy Offshore in 2017. Espen also completed two years as a Mechanical Engineer Apprentice at HAVILA SHIPPING ASA from 2013 to 2015, preceded by a short apprenticeship with the Norwegian Coast Guard and a substitute role at Lerøy Hydrotech Bogen. Espen's educational background includes an Engineer's degree in Marine Maintenance, Fitter, and Ship Repair Technology from Technical College Kristiansund, along with a Certificate of Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering.
