Laura Jakel

Laura Jakel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Laura started their career in 2003 as a Grant Writer for Muskegon Oceana Community Action, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, they joined Mitco, Inc. as a Customer Service Associate, holding the position until 2011. At Mitco, they gained valuable customer service skills. Since 2011, Laura has been working at Haviland Enterprises, Inc. In their time at Haviland, they have held various roles including Customer Service Representative from 2011 to 2015, Inside Sales Specialist from 2015 to 2018, HPC Account Manager from 2018 to 2021, and currently, they are serving as a Contract Manufacturing Account Manager. Laura's work experience highlights their expertise in account management, customer service, inside sales, and grant writing.

Laura Jakel obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Michigan State University in the years of 1998 to 2002.
