Sheila Sarhangi

Sheila Sarhangi has a diverse and extensive work experience in strategic communications, environmental advocacy, and nonprofit organizations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Strategic Communications at the Hawaii Community Foundation, where they lead communication strategies to advance the organization's strategic plan and community impact goals. Prior to this, Sheila worked as a Principal Strategist at Cause Consulting, LLC, collaborating with nonprofits, foundations, and government agencies to drive social and environmental change. Sheila also served as the Director of Hawaii and Micronesia Programs at SeaWeb, where they designed and implemented social marketing campaigns for coral conservation. Additionally, Sheila has worked as a writer and author for various regional and national publications and has experience in public relations, account management, and volunteer campaign management.
