Rich Levine has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rich started their career as a Customer Service Director at United Airlines, where they supervised daily shift activities and ensured customer satisfaction. Rich then transitioned to an Automation Specialist role, where they performed network administration, project management, and end user support. Following this, they became a Systems Engineer, providing IT support and managing projects for airports and call centers. In 2013, they joined Kaiser Permanente - Hawaii Permanente Medical Group as a Senior Applications Support Analyst, where they focused on automating and updating legacy healthcare provider systems. Rich recently held the position of Lead Application Support Analyst at Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, where they worked on automating and updating healthcare provider systems and refining infrastructure processes. Throughout their career, Rich has demonstrated proficiency in various SQL flavors, SSIS package development, and Microsoft Access. Rich has also gained experience with Oracle, Teradata, DB2, and Epic Clarity databases.
Rich Levine earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in East Asian Languages (Japanese) from the University of Washington. Rich also studied Japanese Language and Culture at Sophia University. In addition, they hold certifications in CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Healthcare IT from CompTIA.
