At Hawk-Eye Innovations, we are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Data Engineering Team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining custom UI experiences for sports fans across web and native applications.

You will be responsible for scoping and managing project tasks from requirements, assigning and tracking project tasks on behalf of other members of the development team, and identifying and managing dependencies within a project, across disciplines and externally.

Working closely with the Principal Frontend Developer and other members of the development team, you will produce code to a high standard that can be understood and extended by other members of the team. You will show good attention to detail in the final product, taking care and pride in what is produced, ensuring others do the same.

As a Frontend Developer, you will be expected to have solid experience in the skills and competencies below, with a proven track record of building engaging UI experiences. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be passionate about new technologies and techniques, with a desire to continuously learn and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Scoping and managing project tasks from requirements

• Assigning and tracking project tasks on behalf of other members of the development team

• Identifying and managing dependencies within a project, across disciplines and externally.

• Managing code releases to all environments (Dev, Test, Staging and Prod)

• Producing code to a high standard that not only functions correctly but can be understood and extended by other members of the team

• Showing good attention to detail in the final product, taking care and pride in what is produced, ensuring others do the same

• Communicating clearly to ensure the best possible solutions are built

• Developing own skills to get as many aspects to an expert level, as possible

• Sharing of ideas and techniques across the development team, contributing to and learning from the team as a whole
