Amy Vacca

Amy Vacca is an experienced training and development professional currently serving as the Manager of Training and Development at Hawkers Asian Street Food since January 2022. Vacca specializes in creating and launching engaging training content for various teams within the organization. Prior to this role, Vacca held several key positions at Ent Credit Union including eLearning Manager and Senior Workforce Educator, where responsibilities included coordinating new employee orientations and creating customized training based on business needs. Vacca also served as Service Consultant at Progressive Insurance, Interim Director of Training at The Broadmoor, and had training roles at Apple. Vacca holds a degree in Humanities with a focus on History from the University of Central Florida.
