Karey Sottile is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Chef and Executive Chef at Hawkers Asian Street Food since February 2021, Karey previously held the position of Executive Chef at Maggiano's Little Italy from October 2019 to January 2021. Earlier roles include Director of Culinary Operations at South Kitchen & Spirits, Chef Managing Partner, Executive Chef, and Executive Sous Chef at Maggiano's Little Italy, as well as Chef de Cuisine at Restaurant Orsay from 2008 to April 2014. Karey Sottile's culinary education was completed at Florida State College at Jacksonville between 2000 and 2003.
