Jackson Kalb is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in culinary management and operations. As the Owner of Memento Mori Hospitality since June 2018, Jackson oversees all aspects of the business. Previously, from November 2017 to November 2021, Jackson served as Chief Executive Officer of JSKM Holdings, LLC. Jackson has a strong culinary background, having worked as Chef De Cuisine at Factory Kitchen and as both Assistant Culinary Manager and Culinary Manager Trainee at Hillstone Restaurant Group. Early career experience includes internships and roles at renowned establishments such as Union Square Hospitality Group and Alinea Restaurant. Jackson holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University, enhancing a robust skill set in both front and back-of-house operations.
