Penita Davies

Penita Davies has a diverse work experience. Penita currently holds the position of Consumer Engagement Lead - Patient Safety & Quality Services at Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Māui Hawke's Bay since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director/CE of Davies Kyokushin Karate Dojo since January 2002. Penita has also worked as the Operations Lead - policy & systems operating processes at Te Whatu Ora Waikato from October 2021 to December 2022 and as a Pasifika Housing Researcher at K'aute Pasifika Trust from April 2021 to October 2021.

Penita Davies earned a Master's degree in Indigenous Knowledge from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa from 2019 to 2020.
