Sarah Bell

Sarah Bell currently serves as the Team Leader for Strategy and Performance at Hawke's Bay Regional Council, a position held since February 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager for Auckland Doctors and the Northern Regional Alliance, and for Hawke's Bay District Health Board. Sarah also held the position of Senior Project Manager focused on the Northern Cancer Network for several years. Additional project management experience encompasses roles at ProCare Health Limited, Starship Foundation, and CANCERBACKUP, among others. Sarah's career began after earning a BA (Hons) in Social Anthropology from SOAS University of London between 1993 and 1996.
