Richard G. Erstad

Richard Erstad has a diverse work experience, starting in 1987 as a Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Consumer Information Center. Richard then worked as a Communications Coordinator at Ripon College from 1990 to 1993. In 1996, they joined Faegre & Benson LLP as an Associate, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they served as General Counsel at Buca di Beppo. Lastly, they worked as V.P., General Counsel, and Secretary at Hawkins, Inc. from November 2008 onwards.

Richard Erstad attended Atlanten Videregaende Skole from 1982 to 1983. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at South Dakota State University from 1983 to 1986. Finally, they attended the University of Minnesota Law School from 1993 to 1996, earning a J.D. degree. No specific field of study was provided for any of these educational experiences.
