Juan Alvarado

Juan Alvarado has built a robust culinary career, currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Hawksmoor since April 2024. Prior to this role, Juan held the position of Senior Executive Chef and Executive Chef at Parker Hospitality from June 2019 to April 2024. Juan's culinary journey began at Gibsons Restaurant Group, where Juan worked as a Chef from June 2011 to June 2019. Educationally, Juan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago, completing the degree between 2007 and 2015, and graduated from St. Lawrence Seminary High School in 2007.
