Kaitlin Brower

Kaitlin Brower is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and program development. Currently serving as a Senior HR Program Manager at Haworth, Kaitlin has held various senior roles including Senior Member Brand & Communications Specialist and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior experience at The Kraft Heinz Company encompassed roles such as HR Business Partner for a large unionized manufacturing plant, Associate HR Manager, HR Analyst for Global Operations, and Compensation Analyst, where notable contributions included supporting broad-based compensation initiatives across 36 manufacturing plants in North America. Kaitlin began a professional journey as a Plant Human Resources Intern, leading significant wage adjustment processes. Academic support was also provided as an Academic Mentor at Michigan State University, aiding student-athletes in their educational pursuits. Kaitlin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business, Psychology from Kalamazoo College.
