Victoria Raterink

Victoria Raterink is a seasoned professional in event planning and human resources with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Lead HR Program and Event Specialist at Haworth since August 2022, Victoria has previously held positions such as Event Planner for the Tulip Time Festival and Event Coordinator at Spring Lake Country Club. Early in Victoria's career, roles included Hostess/Cashier/Server at Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center and an internship at Spring Lake Country Club, where responsibilities included staff orientation, wine order management for club members, and event coordination. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Industry Management from Michigan State University, completed in 2015.
