Alice Lulka, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 10 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Alice is currently the Director of HR at Hayden AI, a company that specializes in smart traffic enforcement using AIoT data. Alice is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of traffic enforcement.

Before joining Hayden AI, Alice served as a Founding Council Member at Hacking HR, a forum for HR and technology collaboration. Alice contributed to discussions on the future of work and the skills required for organizational leaders.

Alice also held the position of Head of People at Lilt, a company that provides human-powered, technology-assisted translation services to global enterprises. Alice played a crucial role in scaling their translation programs and improving the global customer experience.

Prior to Lilt, Alice served as the Director of People (Global Head of Human Resources) at Inpixon, where they led a global HR team supporting over 250 team members in 8 countries. Alice provided thought leadership to the executive team and aligned the organization's people strategy to optimize growth, productivity, and engagement.

Alice's previous experience includes roles as the Director of HR at sticky.io, Head of People and Talent at Motionloft, and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Art.com. Alice also worked as a Manager of HR Services and HR Business Partner at Insperity, where they delivered innovative HR services to a portfolio of clients and implemented change processes for HR initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Alice held HR leadership positions at Post Management LLC and Faifield Orthodontics LLC, where they focused on HR management and operations.

Alice Lulka holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). With their extensive background in HR and talent management, they bring valuable expertise and leadership to organizations.

Alice Lulka, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from New York University, which they completed in 2000. Alice then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management & Development. Additionally, Alice has attained multiple certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2014.
