Jeff Nielsen has a long and varied work experience. Jeff began their career in 1997 at MPC Computers (formerly Micron Electronics) as the Director of Global Logistics and Compliance in the Supply Chain. In 2002 they became the Past Chairman of the Idaho District Export Council. In 2007 they moved to Rogers Corporation as the Manager of Global Transportation and Logistics. From 2009 to 2016 they worked for Orbital ATK (now Northrop Grumman) as the Director of Supply Chain. In 2016 they joined Verra Mobility as the VP Product of Global Solutions - Mobility and Bus Safety and in 2022 they were appointed VP of School Transportation at Hayden AI.

Jeff Nielsen has a Master of Arts in International Commerce from George Mason University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Brigham Young University, an Innovation & Entrepreneurship Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an Artificial Intelligence for Business from Wharton Online, and an AI Product Management Specialization from Duke University. Jeff also holds certifications from Scrum Alliance, APICS, and APICS. These include a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) obtained in March 2021, a Certified in Production and Inventory Management obtained in December 2011, and a Certified Supply Chain Professional obtained in November 2008.
