Tracy Cookman, CSP, CNE, currently serves as an Equine Farm & Ranch Broker at Hayden Outdoors, focusing on real estate transactions for farm, ranch, and equine property owners in Colorado since February 2023. As the CEO and Founder of Charis Youth Ranch, established in 2009, Tracy leads a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding children through equine therapy. Tracy's extensive real estate experience includes roles at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Brokers Guild - Cherry Creek Ltd, and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, providing a range of broker services with a specialization in horse property and luxury real estate. Throughout a consistent career in real estate that began in 2001, Tracy has actively contributed to youth and rescue programs by donating a portion of closing proceeds to Charis Youth Ranch. Educational qualifications include certifications in Luxury Home Marketing, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Certified New Home Sales Professional.
