Erin Lord, SHRM-CP

Erin Lord, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Accounting. Erin began their career in 1999 as an Accounts Payable Representative for Nutcracker Brands Inc. In 2004, they moved to Progress Software as an AP Group Leader. In 2007, they took a role as an Accountant I with Nitromed. The following year, they joined Biotrove Inc as a Payroll/AP Administrator. In 2010, they became an HR Specialist at Arbor Networks, where they provided Global Business Unit Human Resources support for over 600 Salaried and Hourly Arbor Team Members. In 2018, they joined Appleseed's as an HR Generalist, where they supported the Middleton office of 180, including 6 different catalog brands. In 2019, they moved to QSR International as an HR Business Partner. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Lead HR Generalist at MDaudit.

Erin Lord holds a Bachelor's degree from Fitchburg State University, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992. Erin is also a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which they obtained in December 2018. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Understanding and Supporting ADHD Colleagues in the Workplace from LinkedIn in August 2022. Erin also holds a Certified Professional Coach certification from the Center for Coaching Certification, as well as a Change Management certification from Prosci.
