Shawn Andrew has over 30 years of experience in customer support and operations. Shawn began their career in 1989 as a Marketing Specialist for VERSYSS. In 1993, they moved to PCN as Director of Customer Relations and Strategic Planning, where they established a Customer Relations department and implemented a $1.4M call tracking and resolution system. In 1998, they joined Sage Software - Healthcare Division (formerly VERSYSS, Physician Computer Network - PCN, Medical Manager, Emdeon) as Senior Director of Support Operations, providing leadership to a team of 150+ Help Desk Technicians and Managers. In 2009, they became Director of Support Operations and Customer Service at UnitedHealth Group, where they developed and executed annual business plans in alignment with corporate objectives and coached, motivated and inspired a team of support leaders and call center managers. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Support at MDaudit.

Shawn Andrew received their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Babson College. Prior to that, they attended Duxbury Public Schools.
