Naveen Sivagnanam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2012, they started their career as an Operation Assistant/Executive at McQuire Rens & Jones. Naveen then joined ODEL PLC in 2013, where they worked as the CRM & Loyalty specialist. In 2014, Naveen moved to Prima Ceylon (Private) Limited as a Human Resources Specialist, a position they held until 2019.
