Naveen Sivagnanam

Naveen Sivagnanam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2012, they started their career as an Operation Assistant/Executive at McQuire Rens & Jones. Naveen then joined ODEL PLC in 2013, where they worked as the CRM & Loyalty specialist. In 2014, Naveen moved to Prima Ceylon (Private) Limited as a Human Resources Specialist, a position they held until 2019. Currently, since 2019, they work at Hayleys Advantis Limited, initially as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources & QMS, and presently as a Manager - Human Resource Management & QMS.

Naveen Sivagnanam completed their education history in a chronological order. From 1995 to 2008, they attended S. Thomas College, where they pursued their GCE Advance Level degree in Commerce. In 2011 to 2012, they enrolled in Edexcel UK I Person and obtained a BTEC HND degree in Business Management. Following that, from 2012 to 2014, they attended CMA and achieved a CMA degree in Management Accounting. Finally, in 2013 to 2014, they studied at Edexcel UK I Pearson and obtained a BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership.
