Nayani Rathnasiri

Nayani Rathnasiri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nayani began their career at AmSafe Bridport as an Intern, where they gained valuable industry exposure. Nayani then joined the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka as a Demonstrator, where they shared their knowledge and expertise with students.

In 2017, Nayani Rathnasiri joined Hayleys Advantis Limited and held various positions of increasing responsibility. Nayani started as a Management Trainee and quickly advanced to the role of Executive - Lean and Compliance. In this role, they focused on implementing lean six sigma projects to improve internal processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Nayani Rathnasiri's role at Hayleys Advantis Limited further progressed to Senior Executive, where they demonstrated their strong leadership skills and ability to oversee projects while adhering to budget constraints. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Safety, Sustainability and Compliance at Advantis Free Zone Limited. In this role, they are responsible for supervising super user activities of the Warehouse Management System, leading automation projects to enhance efficiency, and implementing change management strategies to achieve desired results.

Throughout their career, Nayani Rathnasiri has consistently showcased their dedication to driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability. Nayani'sextensive experience in project management and process improvement make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Nayani Rathnasiri completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Global studies at the University of Bedfordshire from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Science with a specialization in Management and Information Technology, focusing on Business Systems Engineering at the University of Kelaniya in Sri Lanka from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nayani Rathnasiri has obtained various certifications. In October 2021, they earned the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from the Six Sigma Management Institute by Dr. Mikel J. Harry. In September 2019, they also received the Lean Green Belt Certification from the Institute of Lean Management.
