Karin Opdecamp

Karin Opdecamp has extensive experience in the life sciences and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Team Manager at Hays since March 2007, Karin is responsible for the development strategy of the Hays Life Sciences division in the Brussels area and Wallonia, while also mentoring and training the team. In addition to this role, Karin has been an MSP Operations Manager for NXP Semiconductors since February 2014, overseeing contracting services and vendor management. Prior to these positions, Karin worked as a Scientific Recruiter at Kelly Scientific Resources, recruiting for various scientific roles in multiple industries. Karin's academic background includes a Master’s, PhD, and post-doctoral research in Molecular Biology from Université libre de Bruxelles and research roles at notable institutions, including post-doctoral research at the National Institutes of Health.
