Laura Webster is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning within the recruitment and workforce solutions sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Americas Marketing at Hays since December 2013, Laura oversees marketing strategy and team leadership while also chairing the Americas Employee Resource Group for Women Empowered in Leadership. Previous roles include Global Senior Marketing Manager and Global Marketing Manager at Hays Talent Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed the planning and execution of global marketing programs. Earlier positions at VIVA Aspire and FMC Ltd. provided Laura with a strong foundation in campaign delivery, market analysis, and team management.
