Christiaan Cumine

Christiaan Cumine has extensive work experience at Hays, starting in 1999. Christiaan began as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and then transitioned to an IT Trainer and Training Manager for the London & SE region. In 2006, they became the UK Business Systems Training Manager, responsible for the development and delivery of Systems Training across the UK and Ireland. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Project Manager & Business Readiness professional, focusing on the development and delivery of a Global Business Readiness strategy. Christiaan then moved on to be the Head of Global Delivery, overseeing the development and delivery of a complex multi-vendor front office change within a global change program. From 2012 to 2017, they held the position of Director - Front Office Systems (UK & EMEA), leading the front office delivery and training teams and driving recruitment best practices using technology. Most recently, starting in October 2017, Christiaan has been the Director - Systems and Change, spearheading the development of Hays' proprietary Change Methodology and implementing change management best practices across the senior leadership. In October 2022, they were promoted to the role of Chief Product Officer, Hays Plc.
