Marta Bentkowska

Marta Bentkowska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team management. Currently serving as Team Manager for Sales & Marketing Technologies at Hays since November 2010, Marta leads a specialized team and manages recruitment processes for a range of senior positions, including General Manager and Marketing Director. Prior to Hays, Marta worked as a Recruitment Consultant at recruit.pl, focusing on specialist and managerial roles within the IT and financial sectors. Marta holds a Postgraduate degree in HR Business Partner from Kozminski University, along with a BA in Communication and Media Studies and an MA in Psychology from the University of Wroclaw.
