Hedvig von Essen

Hedvig von Essen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 with their role as a Member Services Specialist at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Hedvig then moved on to work as a Trading Operations member at the same company in 2013. In 2015, they joined Red Bull as a Wings Team Member, where they were responsible for driving product trials and supporting sales efforts. Hedvig later became a Wings Team Captain, taking on additional leadership and organizational responsibilities. In 2018, Hedvig joined Springworks AB as an HR Specialist and Office Manager, eventually taking on all human resources responsibilities. In 2019, they transitioned to jayway by devoteam, where they initially worked as an HR Generalist and later became an Acting Studio Lead. In this role, they were involved in various HR tasks such as recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding/offboarding initiatives. Hedvig was also part of the work group for equality and diversity. Most recently, in 2022, Hedvig joined Springworks International AB as a Product Owner and Project Manager.

Hedvig von Essen pursued their education starting in 2014 at Uppsala University. Hedvig completed their studies in 2018 and earned a degree known as Filosofie kandidatexamen in the field of Personal och arbetsliv. Additionally, in 2017-2018, they participated in an exchange semester at City University of Hong Kong, where they focused on Human Resources.
