Sara Martin

Sara Martin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sara began their career as an Assistant Program Manager at UCP Central PA in 2015, where they managed a caseload of over 50 individuals, provided supervision of services, and assisted in hiring and recruiting. In 2016, they joined Northwestern Human Services of Pennsylvania as a Program Specialist, overseeing staff training and ensuring compliance with regulations.

From 2018 to 2021, Sara worked at Community Services Group - CSG as a Program Director. In this role, they served as the primary representative to outside agencies, facilitated recruitment efforts, conducted interviews, and made position offers. Following that, they joined Accenture in 2021 as a Contract Recruiter, responsible for screening and interviewing candidates for various roles and assisting with pre-hire tasks.

Currently, Sara is at Hayward Recruiting, where they hold the position of Talent Partner since December 2022. Additionally, they were promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in May 2023. The details of their responsibilities in these positions are not provided.
