Aarti Sharma, Esq. has a wealth of work experience in the legal field. Aarti began their career in 2009 as a Legal Assistant: Real Estate Contract Compliance at Codilis & Associates, P.C. In 2012, they took on the role of Legal Assistant at Pierce and Associates. In 2014, they worked as a Law Clerk at McNabola Law Group, and also served as a Pro Bono Attorney at The John Marshall Law School. In 2016, they were a Project Contracts Reviewer at Axiom. In 2018, they took on the role of In-House Corporate Counsel at Sullair, LLC. Most recently, they are the Director - Legal Affairs | Corporate Counsel | Corporate Secretary at Hazel Technologies, Inc.

Aarti Sharma, Esq. received their Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2016, majoring in Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Roosevelt University in 2012. In addition, Aarti has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" (November 2020), "Skills for Inclusive Conversations" (November 2020), "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" (October 2020), and "Unconscious Bias" (October 2020).
