Vicki Kann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and customer service management. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Edwin L. Heim Company since January 2024, Vicki previously held various leadership roles at HB Home Services, including Human Resources Business Partner, Vice President of Customer Experience, and Customer Care Director from October 2020 to January 2024. Vicki's career began at HB McClure Company, where, from October 1998 to October 2020, Vicki advanced to the position of Residential Service Customer Care Manager/Office Manager. Vicki's educational background includes studies at Florida Atlantic University in 1994 and attendance at Central Dauphin East High School from 1990 to 1993.
