Suzanne Green

Suzanne Green has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Suzanne most recently worked as the Head of Global HR at HB Leisure Ltd. starting in September 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Non Executive Director at Harthill Cookery School from May 2015 to November 2019. Suzanne also worked as an Associate at The People Factor from January 2018 to September 2019. Before that, they held the position of Head of People at Admiral Taverns from October 2010 to September 2018, where they were responsible for various HR functions and achieved notable successes in recruitment, lead generation, and business transformation. Suzanne has also worked as a Director at Find My Pub, a Consultant Learning and Development Specialist as a self-employed professional, and as a Corporate Sales Director at CPL Training Group. Their early career includes a role as the Membership Retention Manager at the British Institute of Innkeeping from March 2004 to September 2008.

Suzanne Green attended West Kirby Grammar School for Girls from 1977 to 1984. Suzanne obtained a postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) during their time at the school.
