Tom Boatman has a extensive background in maintenance and operations management within the food manufacturing industry. With experience at HB Specialty Foods as Corporate Director of Maintenance and Line Implementation, as well as Plant Operations Manager specializing in dry blending and packaging. Prior to that, Boatman worked at AMERICAN MANUFACTURING & PACKAGING as a Maintenance Supervisor and at Apcom as a maintenance professional. Boatman holds a Journeyman degree in Automated Equipment Maintenance from a US Department of Labor Apprenticeship program.
