Hania Othman

Hania Othman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Hania has recently been appointed as the Director of Sustainable Impact Europe/Africa at The HBAR Foundation, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Advisory Board Member at AxessImpact from March 2022 to October 2022.

In 2021, Hania co-founded TrustFactors and held the position of Co-Founder until October 2022. Before this, they worked at SMART B as the Head of Impact, where they focused on technology, finance, and sustainability, from November 2019 to October 2022.

Hania also served as the President of Civis Blockchain from March 2020 to April 2021. In 2019, they worked as a Business Consultant at INVESTISSEURS DIRIGEANTS EXPERTS ASSOCIES (IDEA SAS) from May to October.

Prior to that, they held the role of Product Development Manager at IIR Nederland from July 2016 to September 2018. Hania'searliest work experience includes being a Junior Event Manager at Gulf Photo Plus from September 2012 to May 2013.

Hania Othman completed their Master of Science - MSc. degree in Digital and Innovation Management from Montpellier Business School from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree from Middlesex University between 2013 and 2015. Before their undergraduate studies, Hania attended Middlesex University Dubai from 2010 to 2013, although the specific degree and field of study were not provided. In terms of additional certifications, Hania received a certification in Impact measurement and management for the SDGs from Coursera in December 2021. Hania also obtained certifications in Innovative finance: Hacking finance to save the world from Coursera and Starting up in Business from City University London in June 2015.
