Doug Adams

Doug Adams is the senior vice president of Streetworks Development, the real estate development division of Hudson’s Bay Company Properties and Investments, where he leverages his real estate experience to create enduring mixed-use developments.

Mr. Adams brings to this role valuable expertise on entitlement processes, private-public partnerships, and construction management, gained through several years in the real estate development space.

Prior to joining Streetworks Development in 2019, he served as the senior director development and municipal analysis for General Growth Properties. He was also previously the vice president of development for Seligson Properties and CIG International respectively.

Mr. Adams attended Tufts University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in computer science.
