Guy Leibler

Guy Leibler serves as president, HBC Developments. In this role, Guy leads all global real estate development initiatives for HBC Properties and Investments. Responsible for the Streetworks Development team, Mr. Leibler works closely with Streetworks’ leadership to execute on mixed-use and adaptive reuse developments and the sale of certain non-core assets.

Prior to joining HBC, Mr. Leibler was the president of Simone Healthcare Development. He was also a significant developer of Class A buildings in the Northeastern United States as president and chief executive officer of Schulman Realty Group. He has held a number of other leadership roles, including president and chief operating officer of Skimore, Owings & Merrill, a world-leading architecture, interior design, engineering, and urban planning firm, and long-standing chairman of White Plains Hospital, where he is chairman emeritus.

Mr. Leibler is a graduate of American University and received an MBA from Columbia University.
