Jerry Bermingham

Jerry Bermingham is the senior vice president of HBC Properties and Investments. Mr. Birmingham brings to this role decades of experience in real estate, including brokerage, financial analysis, leasing, acquisitions, and development.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Bermingham served as the executive vice president of National Realty & Development Corp. During his nearly 30-year tenure, Mr. Birmingham oversaw the development of millions of square feet throughout the Northeast United States.

Mr. Bermingham holds a master’s degree in real estate development, and also attended SUNY Oneonta.
