Nirmal Pal

Nirmal Pal has extensive experience in property management and engineering, currently serving as a Property Management Officer for the City of Vancouver since November 2019. Nirmal has held various engineering and supervisory roles, including Operations Supervisor at Manulife Real Estate and Chief Engineer at Hudson's Bay Company, contributing expertise in facility maintenance, mechanical systems, and safety inspections. Nirmal's career began at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited as a Maintenance Engineer, followed by a managerial position at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Nirmal holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab University and completed a training program from Safety Authority BC in 2007.
