Stacey Lumb Ramos

Stacey Lumb Ramos, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Stacey started their career in 2004 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP. After almost eight years in that role, they joined HBCS in 2012 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Over the years, they progressed within the company, serving as a Human Resources Manager and later as the Director of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at HBCS, a position they have held since October 2022.

Stacey Lumb Ramos, MBA completed their education in a chronological manner. Stacey started their educational journey at Christiana High School and later attended Goldey-Beacom College. From 1998 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Following that, Stacey pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree specialized in Human Resources Management and Services at Wilmington University from 2006 to 2008.
