Sarah Delfante

Sarah Delfante has a diverse work experience across multiple industries and roles. Sarah is currently working at HBF Health as the Head of Business Analysis (Chapter Lead) since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Business Analyst Team Lead and Senior Business Analyst, Transformation at HBF Health from September 2020 to December 2022.

Before joining HBF Health, Sarah worked at Deloitte Australia as a Senior Manager in the Consulting division, specializing in Technology Strategy and Transformation. Sarah held this role from January 2020 to August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager in the same division from August 2018 to January 2020.

Sarah also has experience working in the public sector. Sarah'sproject work included system integrations, data migrations, and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system implementations, as well as business process mapping and workflow development.

Earlier in their career, Sarah worked at the University of Western Australia, where they served as a Senior Information Architect and Library Web Coordinator. In these roles, they were involved in implementing web content management systems and improving user experience through IT sourcing, product selection, and data migration.

Sarah's work experience also includes a role as a Web CMS Support Analyst at P&N Bank in 2003.

Sarah Delfante completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Multimedia Design at Curtin University from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including a Certificate in Public Participation from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) in October 2011 and a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) in July 2005. Sarah also has qualifications in the Emerging Manager Program from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and as a Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org, although the specific months and years of completion are not provided.
