Steve Day

Steve Day is an experienced operations professional with a career spanning over two decades in the IT sector, currently serving as the Operations Technical Lead at HBF Health since April 2004. In this role, Steve manages a high-performing operations team while overseeing the Data Centre's processes, including Disaster Recovery testing and incident response in a 24/7 environment. Previously, Steve held positions such as Senior Operations Analyst and Senior Computer Facilities Operator at HBF Health, where responsibilities included systems automation with Control-M and daily data centre operations. Prior experience includes roles at KAZ as an MVS Operator and Service Desk Operator, and at Capgemini as a Shift Controller and Senior Computer Operator. Steve completed education at Lea Manor High School from 1982 to 1987.
